Can I upload someone else's brand logo and design and print it out?

If it is not your own design, but a design copied from another brand, we will refuse to accept such an order.


The core purpose of the BHI team in creating this platform is to allow everyone to give full play to their 

design creativity and everyone can have a pickleball paddle of their own design.


How does product refund and return work?

Q1: I want to return an item. What should I do?

A: Please log in to "My Orders," click [Request Return], select the reason for return, and upload a photo of 

the item. Customer service will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide a return address.

Q2: Who will cover the return shipping?

A: If the return is due to product quality issues, we will cover the shipping costs.

Q3: How long does it take for a refund to arrive?

A: Once the warehouse confirms receipt and inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund within 3–7 

business days. Refund times may vary slightly depending on the payment method.

Q4: Which products are not returnable?

Our warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship. However, it does not cover damage caused 

by improper usage, negligence, abuse, transportation damage, acts of nature, or accidents (including 

failure to follow the instructions provided with the product).

If the return period exceeds the platform's specified return period (e.g., 30 days), returns and refunds are 

not available.

Q5: What if the item I received is damaged?

A: Please contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt and provide photos/videos of damage proof. 

We will give priority to your return, exchange or refund.


How is the delivery in special circumstances?

Shipping Instructions for Special Circumstances

To ensure your shopping experience, delivery times and service may be adjusted in the following special 

circumstances:

1. Holidays and Promotions

Due to a surge in order volume, warehouse processing may be slow, and delivery times will be extended 

to 3–7 business days.We will ship orders in the order they are placed. Thank you for your understanding.

2. Force Majeure

If a delay occurs due to force majeure factors such as extreme weather, natural disasters, epidemic 

prevention and control, or traffic restrictions, we will promptly announce the situation on our website, via 

SMS, or via email, and assist you in tracking the shipment.

3. Inventory Issues

If there is a system error or out-of-stock item, we will contact you proactively to offer solutions such as a 

product change, delayed delivery, or a refund.

4. Address or Information Issues

If the delivery address is incomplete, the contact information is incorrect, or there is a risk, our customer 

service staff will confirm with you and will only ship after verification.If the confirmation is delayed due to 

user reasons, the delivery time will be extended accordingly.

5. Pre-order/Customized Items

These items are shipped according to production schedules. Please refer to the product details page for 

estimated delivery times.


What should I do if the courier loses the package?

Lost Package Handling Instructions

Confirmation Status

If your order has not been updated in the shipping information for an extended period,or the carrier 

indicates "Lost/Abnormal," please contact our customer service immediately.We will work with the  

courier to investigate, which typically takes 1–3 business days.

Handling Methods

Once the loss is confirmed, we will provide the following solutions:

Free Reshipment: If the item is in stock, we will immediately arrange for reshipment.

Refund: If the item is sold out or you prefer not to wait, we will provide a full refund upon confirmation.

Liability

If a package is lost due to courier problems, we will negotiate with the courier to compensate you, and 

you will not be held liable for any losses.If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, 

inaccurate contact information, or a refusal to accept delivery, the user is solely responsible.

Guarantee

All orders on our platform come with tracking and lost package protection to ensure your shopping rights.

In exceptional circumstances, we will prioritize user protection and provide a swift compensation plan.


What is the delivery range?

BHI ships to all 50 US states plus Washington, DC and Puerto Rico. And other countries also can ship


How long is the delivery time for custom paddle after place order?

Manufacturing Time: We'll produce your custom paddle within two weeks.


Shipping Time: We'll ship it to you via UPS,DHL,or FedEx,the express shipping time is approximately 

one week

Can I exchange my paddle for a different design?

You can exchange for a different design provided the paddle is unused and the plastic is still covering the grip. Contact support at support@bhipickleball.com and let us know which design you want. We will give you an address to ship your return and you will be responsible for covering return shipping.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Our team works to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, so if you notice that your order needs to be changed, please contact our team at support@bhipickleball.com right away!


We allow a 24-hour lag between the time of order placement to when the order is sent to our fulfillment center. After that, the order will be processed for shipment and will be unable to be changed.

What are the differences between your paddles?

We are the only provider of high-end custom pickleball paddles.T700 Carbon fiber, Kevlar, and Titanium alloy materials are available for selection.

Which paddle is right for me?

Our Paddle is the perfect high-quality T700 Carbon Fiber paddle to take your game to the next level.
