Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage:


BHI is committed to providing high-quality pickleball paddles to our valued customers. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our paddles. This warranty policy covers 

all BHI pickleball paddles purchased directly from BHI or authorized dealers.


Warranty Duration:


Our pickleball paddle warranty is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of receiving the paddle.


Warranty Claims:


If you believe your BHI Pickleball pickleball paddle is damaged or defective within the warranty period, please follow these 

steps to initiate a warranty claim:

a. Contact Customer Support:

Email: support@bhipickleball.com


b. Provide Proof of Purchase:

To process your warranty claim, you must provide a copy of the original purchase receipt or order number.


c. Provide Details of the Issue:

Describe the issue with your paddle in as much detail as possible. Include photographs or videos to help us evaluate the damage or defect.


Warranty Evaluation:


Upon receiving your warranty claim, we will evaluate the issue reported and determine whether it falls within the scope of 

our warranty policy. Our evaluation process may include a physical inspection of the paddle or a review of the provided documentation.


Warranty Resolution:


If we determine that the damage or defect is covered by our warranty policy, we will offer one of the following resolutions, at our discretion:


a. Replacement: We will recall the damaged or defective paddle with a new, equivalent model of the same or similar design.


b. Store Credit: In some cases, we may offer store credit equal to the value of the damaged or defective paddle, which can be

 used towards the purchase of a new paddle from BHI.




Shipping Info

Production time: 1–2 weeks for customization.

All orders are shipped via trusted courier 

services such as DHL, USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

Once your order has been shipped, you can 

expect delivery within approximately one week.

A tracking number will be available in your 

account after shipment.


Warranty

Warranty covers defects in materials and 

workmanship.It does not cover damage

due to improper usage,negligence,abuse

transportation damage, acts of nature, 

or accidents.



Returns

If you are not satisfied with your custom 

pickleball paddle and wish to return it, 

please contact our customer service team 

at support@bhipickleball.com  Be sure to 

include your order number and the reason 

for the return in your message.
