How does product refund and return work?

Q1: I want to return an item. What should I do?

A: Please log in to "My Orders," click [Request Return], select the reason for return, and upload a photo of 

the item. Customer service will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide a return address.

Q2: Who will cover the return shipping?

A: If the return is due to product quality issues, we will cover the shipping costs.

Q3: How long does it take for a refund to arrive?

A: Once the warehouse confirms receipt and inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund within 3–7 

business days. Refund times may vary slightly depending on the payment method.

Q4: Which products are not returnable?

Our warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship. However, it does not cover damage caused 

by improper usage, negligence, abuse, transportation damage, acts of nature, or accidents (including 

failure to follow the instructions provided with the product).

If the return period exceeds the platform's specified return period (e.g., 30 days), returns and refunds are 

not available.

Q5: What if the item I received is damaged?

A: Please contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt and provide photos/videos of damage proof. 

We will give priority to your return, exchange or refund.

Production time: 1–2 weeks for customization.

All orders are shipped via trusted courier 

services such as DHL, USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

Once your order has been shipped, you can 

expect delivery within approximately one week.

A tracking number will be available in your
